after cleaning my shelfs i found a few documents .. so i post one of them.. its from High Achievers Training Consultancy Pte Ltd. I got it when they organise the course at my secondary school.


Daily Scroll

This new day, I am a successful student. Overnight my mind and body have produced thousands of new cells to give me the greatest advantages possible. I am born a new, revitalised and full of energy.

I am rare and valuable; unique in all the universe. I am nature's greatest miracle in action. I have unlimited potential. I believe in my abilities, attitudes, and goals. I am worthy of greatness because I am a valuable contribution to the people around me.

Today I push myself to my limits. I will use the skills and knowledge everyday. I begin the day with a success and end it with a success. My goals are being reached everyday and I seek them eagerly.

I act positively and happily, fully accepting myself and others. I live to the fullest by experiencing life without limits. I embrace life. I approach each class, each book, and each assignment with enthusiasm, happiness and joy. I thirst for knowledge.

I now realise my infinite potential, thus my burden lightens. I smile and laugh. I have become the greatest student in the world.

この新しい日、私は成功した学生です。私に最も大きいできる限りの利点を払うために、一泊の私の心と体は何千という新しい細胞を生産しました。私は【再び生気を与えて】【新しく】生まれて、そして、エネルギーでいっぱいです。


私は珍しくて、高価です;すべての宇宙の点で類がありません。私は自然の活動中の中で最も大きい奇跡です。私は無限の可能性を持っています。私は能力、態度やゴールを信じます。私が私の周りで人々への高価な貢献であるので、私は偉大さに値します。


今日私は私の限界に押し分けて進みます。私は技能と知識を使います毎日の。私は成功で日を始めて、成功でそれを終わらせます。私のゴールに届いていて毎日の、そして、私は熱心に彼らを求めます。

私自身と他の人々を受け入れて、私は十分に明確に、そして幸せに行動します。私は経験している生活までに限界なしで最もいっぱいであることに暮らしています。私は生活を抱きしめます。私は【それぞれの本と熱狂のあるそれぞれの割り当て】、そして、【【幸福】喜ぶ】それぞれのクラスに近づきます、私は知識を渇望しています。

現在の私は無限の可能性を実現し、私の荷はこのように軽くなります。私は微笑んで、笑います。私は世界の中で最も偉大な学生になりました。
